Terms of Sale

1. General

Vyvé Concept AS offers design products that are primarily made to order. This means the products are not held in stock, but are manufactured specifically for you once your order has been placed.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms of sale, as well as the product information shown in the online store.

2. The parties

Seller:
Vyvé Concept AS
Org. no.: 936603467
Address: Jens Zetlitz gate 26A
Email: info@vyveconcept.com
Tel: 92645165

Buyer:
The person stated as the buyer in the order.

3. Products – made to order

Our products are wholly or partly made to order. This means that:

  • production starts once the order has been confirmed
  • delivery times may vary and are shown on the product page
  • minor variations in materials, colour and surface may occur

Product images and descriptions are intended as a guide, and small natural variations are not considered a defect.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

The total price, including shipping, is shown before the order is completed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical or pricing errors.

5. Formation of contract

The agreement is binding once you receive an order confirmation by email.

For made-to-order products, production starts shortly after the order is placed. For this reason, the order normally cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

6. Payment

We offer payment using the methods available in the online store, including card payment, Vipps and any third-party solutions shown at checkout.

The amount is reserved when the order is placed and charged in accordance with the chosen payment method.

7. Delivery

The expected delivery time is shown on the product page or in the ordering process.

Delivery is made to the address given when ordering. Risk for the goods passes to the buyer once the goods have been delivered.

If delivery is delayed, you will be informed as soon as we have updated information.

8. Inspection of goods and transport damage

We recommend that the goods are inspected on receipt.

Any visible transport damage must be reported to the carrier on delivery. Hidden damage or defects must be reported to us within a reasonable time after they are discovered.

Enquiries should be sent in writing to order@vyveconcept.com, preferably with photos.

9. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).

The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the goods.

Important regarding made-to-order products:
The right of withdrawal also applies to products made to order, unless the goods have been made to your specific choices or are clearly personalised in a way that makes them difficult to resell.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the buyer covers the return costs. The goods must be returned in substantially the same condition as received. Packaging is considered part of the product.

If the goods have lost value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to examine them, we may make a deduction from the refund.

Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or documentation that the goods have been sent.

10. Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, the buyer will be charged the actual shipping costs in both directions plus an administration fee of up to NOK 200. This does not apply to buyers under the age of 18.

11. Complaints about defects

If the goods have a defect, the buyer must complain within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or ought to have been discovered, and no later than two months.

The complaint period is:

  • 2 years for ordinary goods
  • 5 years for goods intended to last considerably longer

Complaints should be sent in writing to info@vyveconcept.com, preferably with photos.

In accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven), the buyer may demand repair, replacement, a price reduction, cancellation (in the case of a material defect) or compensation.

12. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change these terms of sale. The current terms will always be available on the website.

14. Disputes

The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes amicably. The buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for assistance. Disputes may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukertvistutvalget).
