Delivery and shipping

All our products are wholly or partly made to order. This means they are not held in stock, and delivery times may vary.

Delivery time

The expected delivery time is shown on each product page or in the ordering process at checkout. The delivery time includes production and shipping, and may vary depending on the product, material choices and destination.

If there are delays beyond the estimated delivery time, you will be informed as soon as we have updated information.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated and shown before the order is completed.

Goods are delivered to the address given when ordering. The delivery method and carrier depend on the size of the product and the delivery address.

Deliveries are normally made on weekdays. Larger products may be delivered to the nearest ground-floor entrance, unless otherwise agreed.

Risk and receipt

Risk for the goods passes to the buyer once the goods have been delivered.

We recommend that you inspect the goods on receipt. Any visible transport damage must be reported to the carrier on delivery. Hidden damage or defects must be reported to us within a reasonable time after they are discovered.

Enquiries should be sent in writing to info@vyveconcept.com, with photos of the damage or defects.

Delivery area

Delivery is free within Norway. We deliver to the rest of Europe and worldwide on request – please contact us for a delivery quote.
